The Pack-N-Rack is designed to give you a cargo carrier that offers both an inside dry, lockable storage compartment as well as an exterior cargo storage area. It uses the Slack-N-Ator to eliminate all hitch rattle and provides a sturdy ride for your cargo. Welded rails are available to provide a convenient place to fasten straps to tie down your cargo(sold separately). The hardware and frame that holds the box is also sold separately without the box in case you wanted pick up the box yourself at a local Home Depot or if you wanted to mount a different type or brand of box. You can save about $30 off the shipping. Can also fit some portable generators.
