Warranty/Return Policy

     We provide a 1 year warranty that covers all parts & components against failure under normal conditions.  Use of the unit outside of its stated limitations or failures cause by traffic accidents will not be covered though support and replacement parts will always be available.  It is important to check all of the bolts and nuts periodically(especially on the rollers) to make sure they do not get loose as this is the most common issue you may encounter.

     Units can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping charges incurred(delivery and return).  We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 15% depending on the condition of the packaging when they are received back at our warehouse.   This charge is at the discretion of our shipping department.
